Decisions
Who decided, when, the impact level and the register items the decision resolves.
Importing into Vedential

- 01Keep the header rows exactly as they are — they are the column names Vedential recognises.
- 02Program and Project are names; they must match programs and projects that already exist in your workspace.
- 03In Vedential: Import / Export → Import → choose the file → Preview. Nothing is written until you confirm, and the import is all-or-nothing.
- 04The "Read me" sheet is instructions — choose skip when Vedential asks what to do with it.
