Who counts as a paid seat?
Admins, project managers and contributors — people who create and change things. Viewers (read-only) are free and unlimited, forever. That's a promise, not a promotion.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace becomes read-only until you pick a plan — nothing is deleted, and export keeps working. Choose Team or Business and everything resumes exactly where it was.
Is there a free plan?
Not right now. Every new workspace gets a 14-day trial of Business (the full governance suite), and viewers are always free on every plan.
What does 'free during beta' mean?
While the beta runs, everything is free. When we launch, beta workspaces get founding-customer pricing: 40% off Business for 12 months if you subscribe within 30 days of launch.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are shown ex-GST; 10% GST is added at checkout for Australian customers, itemised on your invoice.
Can I pay by invoice?
Enterprise plans can be billed by invoice with NET-30 terms. Team and Business are card-based via Stripe.
