All prices in Australian dollars, ex GST. Team and Business are billed monthly, or annually with two months free; cancel any time and export everything. Seats added during an annual term are charged for the months remaining; seats removed apply from renewal. Enterprise is an annual contract, with volume pricing above the minimum. “Unlimited” means no fixed cap for ordinary use of the service by your people, and AI features carry daily fair-use limits per workspace; both are defined in our terms.
What you would actually pay
Governance tools are read by many and driven by few. Vedential charges only the drivers, so the cost per person in the workspace stays low.

Questions, answered straight
Who counts as a paid seat?
Anyone who can change something: admins, portfolio managers and contributors. A viewer becomes a paid seat only if you give them edit rights on a project. People who can only view are free and unlimited, on every plan, forever.
How do seats work when the team changes?
We never cap your seats: your subscription follows the number of paid seats in the workspace and is pro-rated as people join or leave, above the plan minimum. Your own Admins can set a cap or require approval for new seats if your organisation wants that control (see Security).
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace becomes read-only until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted and export keeps working. Choose Team or Business and everything resumes exactly where it was.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every new workspace gets a 14-day trial of Business, the full governance suite, and viewers are always free on every plan. You are not asked for payment details to start a trial; you add them only when you choose a plan.
I joined during the beta — what changes for me?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged without your say-so. Beta workspaces were given an extended free trial before billing started; when it ends the workspace goes read-only until you pick a plan, and export keeps working throughout.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are shown ex-GST. 10% GST is added at checkout for Australian customers and itemised on your invoice.
Can I pay by invoice?
Enterprise plans are billed by invoice on NET-30 terms. Team and Business are paid by card through our PCI-compliant payment provider.
Where is my data hosted?
In Australia. The application and the database run in Sydney, and you can export everything at any time.
