AI in Vedential
The AI drafts. You decide.
Four things the AI drafts for a portfolio office, one rule that never changes: a person reviews every output, and nothing exists until you approve it.
The rules
Six commitments, each one true of the product today
It drafts. You decide.
Every AI output lands in a review step: an editable field, a review screen or a read-only report. Nothing is written to your plan, your registers or your budget until a person approves it, and what you approve passes the same validation as hand-entered work.
Grounded in your data, and only yours.
The AI reads what the requesting person already has permission to see, under the same row-level security as every other read. The plan builder sends only the sentence you type. A readiness review reads only the documents you tick for that run.
It never invents the things that matter.
No monetary amounts, no assignees, no progress figures and no dates it was not given. Deterministic code checks every output before you see it, and we test the checks with adversarial cases, including documents that try to instruct the AI, before each AI release.
Included, not metered.
AI is on every plan with a daily allowance per workspace, and the allowance is doubled on Business and Enterprise. There are no credits to buy and no add-on seat.
Not trained on you, not kept.
Our AI provider deletes inputs and outputs within 30 days and is contractually barred from training on them. Requests are logged with usage counts only; the content of a plan, a document or a summary is never stored or logged.
Your own model, if you need it.
On Enterprise, AI can run against your organisation's own approved model endpoint, so AI traffic stays under your existing agreement and data boundary.
What it drafts
Four capabilities, on every plan
Plan builder
Describe a program in plain words. The AI drafts the projects, tasks and milestones; you edit the draft and approve it before a single row exists.
Kick-off checklist
Drafted from a project's own context, including what is missing from it. Save it as a checklist off the timeline, or as tasks, and convert any item when it becomes planned work.
Launch-readiness review
The timeline cross-examined against the documents you choose: schedule confidence, open risks and changes, testing and sign-off evidence, cutover and rollback, communications, support. A read-only report; every finding cites its source or says that no evidence was found.
Executive summary
Drafted from the registers you can already see, into an editable field on the executive dashboard. It reads the same definitions the dashboard uses.

The review screen the plan builder lands in. Nothing exists until you approve.
