The product, end to end

From first plan to realised benefit — the full PMO lifecycle in one workspace, with the governance rules enforced by the platform instead of the process doc.

01

Plan

Programs group projects; projects hold the work. Currency, timezone and financial year are set once on the program and inherited everywhere below it.

  • Gantt with dependencies, milestones and go-live markers — drag to reschedule in edit mode
  • Scoped baselines: snapshot the committed plan per program or per single project; slippage shows in red against it
  • Kanban, calendar and RACI views over the same tasks — no duplicate data entry
  • Batched edit mode: make a round of changes, then save or discard them as one decision

02

Govern

The registers a real PMO runs on, with rules enforced by the server — not by good intentions.

  • RAID: risks (probability × impact exposure scoring), assumptions, issues, decisions — per-organisation reference numbers (R-001, CR-001…)
  • Change control with an enforced lifecycle: Proposed → Under Review → Approved/Rejected → Implemented
  • Approved changes lock their scope and cost to protect the audit trail; approvals are stamped server-side
  • Every mutation lands in an immutable audit log with attribution that survives account deletion

03

Fund

Budgeting the way finance actually asks for it — not a single 'budget' number.

  • Cost plans by month, per project, split Capex / Opex / Other, with estimate-at-completion
  • Approved budget as itemised line entries per financial year — operating-plan approvals and change-request adds, kept separate
  • Approved change requests join the budget only when you opt them in, classified into the category you choose
  • Multi-currency by program; totals never blend currencies; money math is exact to the cent

04

Realise

Benefits tracking that continues after the party.

  • Program-level benefits with monthly planned-versus-actual realisation curves
  • Financial and non-financial measures (percentages, counts, custom units)
  • Realisation status that rolls up into executive reporting automatically

05

Report

The steering pack that writes itself — and can't disagree with the registers, because it reads them.

  • Executive dashboard: portfolio health, milestones, exposure-ranked risks, one-click steering-report PDF
  • Performance hub: finance S-curves, Capex/Opex splits, approved-vs-EAC, schedule and risk analytics
  • Reported RAG cross-checked by computed health from live delivery data — optimism gets flagged

06

Move data

Leave the migration anxiety behind.

  • Full-workbook Excel export (every register, one file) and per-register CSV — on every plan, always
  • Bulk import with a dry-run preview: every row validated against the same rules as the UI before anything is saved
  • All-or-nothing commits: if one row fails, nothing lands — no half-imported portfolios
